Policy around refunds, exchanges, damages, lost packages, and custom orders:
- Refunds will be issued only after ten days of receipt of the order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of the product returned unused and undamaged. The customer will receive a refund from us after the returned product arrives back at our factory.
- Exchanges will be issued after the product returns to our factory. We will provide a return shipping label upon request.
- Damaged ashtrays will be exchanged, and a new ashtray will be shipped out. The customer has five days after receipt to advise us of the damaged ashtray. The customer will return the damaged ashtray within ten days with the return envelope and shipping label provided.
- Lost packages the cigar ashtray will refund the customer if the post office or carrier fails to deliver the package after the tracking number has been researched. We will not be responsible for stolen packages.
- Custom orders will not be refunded or exchanged. The cigar ashtray sends email or phone text screenshots for approval of all custom ashtrays before manufacturing.
