We live for smoking cigars & CNC machining. We combined our passions to create some bitchin ashtrays.
We produce these ashtrays on the latest state of art CNC machines. The ashtrays have a multi-step process starting from a block of aluminum bar stock. The block is machined to its initial shape. The ashtray then undergoes bead blasting and powder coat. Then the ashtray gets set in a pallet fixture for final machining. The final step is lapping and polishing.
Shipping & Returns
• Order processing and delivery times: North America: 3-5 business days. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the carriers and the time of the season.
• Processing time custom orders: The time we need to prepare a custom order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items we will advise you during the approval process of the order. After the customer approves the order, we will give the lead time when it leaves the factory.
• Shipping Costs USA: All shipping costs from customers' orders in the USA are free.
• Shipping Costs International: We ship all international orders with USPS international priority mail.
• Payment of options: We use PayPal or Square at or checkout for processing orders. We also have an available cash app for custom orders after approval. However, all orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
• Refunds will be issued only after ten days of receipt of the order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of the product returned unused and undamaged. The customer will receive a refund from us after the returned product arrives back at our factory.
• Exchanges will be issued after the product returns to our factory. We will provide a return shipping label upon request.
• Damaged ashtrays will be exchanged, and a new ashtray will be shipped out. The customer has five days after receipt to advise us of the damaged ashtray. The customer will return the damaged ashtray within ten days with the return envelope and shipping label provided.
• Lost packages the cigar ashtray will refund the customer if the post office or carrier fails to deliver the package after the tracking number has been researched. We will not be responsible for stolen packages.
• Custom orders will not be refunded or exchanged. The cigar ashtray sends email or phone text screenshots for approval of all custom ashtrays before manufacturing.
