• These beautiful ashtrays start as a square 6" X 6" aluminum block and are machined to specific shapes with polished aluminum highlights to contrast the ashtray color. They're perfect for poker or smoking amongst friends and hold four cigars.
  
• This four-finger ashtray features a deep ash pocket that easily fits large ring cigars.
• The ashtray has knurled milled features on top and bottom with polyurethane footrests to avoid scuffs on any tabletop.
• Our ashtrays are CNC machined from aircraft-grade T6-6061 aluminum billets, powder-coated, and polished.
• Easy to clean with Dawn dish soap and a microfiber towel.

Ashtray Manufacturing Process: The cigar ashtray is CNC machined from a solid block of aluminum to its initial shape OP1. Then from here undergoes the powder coating process and is cured in the oven at 400 F. We then machine the top side of the ashtray exposing the aluminum base metal OP2. The ashtray is now inserted into its specific fixture jaw and is machined to the final shape OP3. The last step is lap polishing the aluminum machined surfaces to a mirror finish. The ashtray is ultrasonically cleaned and inspected, then packaged in its blue velvet bag.
