• Ashtray Manufacturing Process: The cigar ashtray is CNC machined from a solid block of aluminum to its initial shape OP1. Then from here undergoes the powder coating process and is cured in the oven at 400 F. We then machine the top side of the ashtray exposing the aluminum base metal OP2. The ashtray is now inserted into its specific fixture jaw and is machined to the final shape OP3. The last step is lap polishing the aluminum machined surfaces to a mirror finish. The ashtray is ultrasonically cleaned and inspected, then packaged in its blue velvet bag.
